7 Fun facts about education in Canada

While preparing for a write up on education in Canada I came across these bits of fun facts about their education, so thought i would share it with you guys,

Fun Fact 5 – Historically about 80% of international students are enrolled in Ontario, British Columbia and Quebec

Fun Fact 6 – Canada Has Two Official Languages: Canada’s official bilingual status can be a surprise for many international students. The country has two official languages – English and French. Millions of Canadians can converse in both languages.

Fun Fact 7 – Based on a study conducted by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), 24/7 Wall St. compiled a list of the ten countries with the highest proportion of college-educated adult residents. Topping the charts was Canada — the only nation in the world where more than half its residents can proudly hang college degrees up on their walls.

Fun Fact 8 – Canada has a diverse student population, in a survey in 2017 it was noted that students from 186 countries across the world now have a considerable number.
